Our History & Production Capacity

Jovany BG is an established Bulgarian manufacturing company founded in late 2014 in Sofia. Since its inception by Ivan Damyanov, the company has expanded dynamically, becoming a trusted industrial partner for hundreds of businesses across metalworking, mechanical engineering, construction, interior design, and advertising.

Today, driving the company's success is a highly qualified team of over 10 engineers, CAD/CAM technologists, and certified CNC machine operators. Combining decades of engineering know-how with an advanced production facility enables us to handle both complex custom prototypes and large-scale serial production runs with rapid turnarounds and round-the-clock operating capacity.

Our facility is equipped with modern industrial machinery:

• Industrial Fiber laser systems for metal equipped with automated shuttle tables for continuous production, positioning accuracy of ±0.02 mm, and cutting capacity up to 40 mm steel;
• Dedicated 4th rotary axis (Tube Laser) for high-speed 3D cutting of structural pipes, hollow profiles, and interlocking assemblies up to 6000 mm in length;
• Precision CO2 laser systems (including SEI Laser Personal Bravo) for non-metallic materials (acrylic, wood, paper/cardboard) featuring flame-polished edges;
• Large-format CNC routers (2000 x 3000 mm working bed) for 2D and 3D precision milling of composite panels (Etalbond), MDF, aluminum, and tooling molds;
• Fitting & welding workshop (TIG/MIG) for turnkey component preparation and structural assembly.
