This project showcases 3D CNC milling of large-scale components and lettering crafted from extruded polystyrene (XPS foam). Specialized profile bits were employed to achieve smooth 3D surfaces without crumbling or damaging the material.
Dimensional XPS foam lettering offers a lightweight and cost-effective solution for exterior branding on storefronts, corporate offices, and exhibition stands. All components arrive fully prepared for acrylic painting and installation.
