A project involving CNC router cutting and processing of aluminum composite panels (Etalbond) for ventilated building facades and advertising structures. A key requirement was precision V-groove milling on the backside of the panel at exact depths without disturbing the front aluminum skin.
Thanks to these V-grooves, the composite panels can be folded manually at 90-degree angles on-site to form clean, sharp outer corners. Utilizing a large-format CNC router allows rapid, accurate cutting of full-size sheets.
