We crafted a series of illuminated advertising boxes and signage for Heineken utilizing CNC router cutting of birch plywood. The project combined contour cutting of typography, logos, and symbols with precise pocket milling for colorful green and red acrylic inlays.
Milling natural plywood requires tailored feeds, speeds, and cutter rotation to prevent veneer tear-out or splintering. The completed signboards display an authentic, organic look ideal for branding bars, restaurants, and retail spaces.
