We carried out technical cutting and milling of thick transparent acrylic (Plexiglas) components for machinery engineering applications. The CNC router drilled precision mounting holes and milled specific constant-depth channels across the surface of the material.
Utilizing liquid coolant on the cutting tool prevents the acrylic from melting, welding, or turning opaque along the routed edges. The finished components adhere strictly to technical tolerances defined in the client's engineering blueprints.
